This indenture made this tenth day of July in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Seven Between L.(Leander) D. Foster of the county and state aforesaid of the one part and William Tucker, John Summerour and Henry Schuffield of the other part witnesseth that the L.D. Foster for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted and sold and by these present doth revise(?) release and forever quit claim to said Tucker, Summerour, and Shuffield their heirs and assignees all the right titles, interest, claims, or demands the said L. D. Foster has or may have in and to lots of the numbers 636, 637, six hundred thirty six, and six hundred thirty seven, 588, five hundred eighty eight, 657, six hundred fifty seven, all in the fifth district, first section of the county and state aforesaid containing forty acres each more or less.

This Indenture made this first day of January in the year Eighteen Hundred and Seventy. Between Jackson Foster of the County of Lumpkin and State above written of the first part and Leander D. Foster of the County of Lumpkin and state aforesaid of the second part witnesseth that the said Jackson Foster for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said Leander D. Foster the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does by these presents, gives grants bargain and sell and convey unto the Said Leander D. Foster his heirs and assigns a certain lot of land lying in the County of Lumpkin and State of Georgia known and distinguished in the plan of said county as lot no. six hundred and fifty-six in the fifth district of the first section of originally Cherokee but now Lumpkin County, containing forty acres more or less.

Foster of the County of Lumpkin and state aforesaid of the second part: witnesseth that the said Leander D. Foster for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said Ervin L. Foster the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does by these presents give grant bargain and sell and convey unto said Ervin L. This Indenture made this fifth of February Eighteen Hundred Seventy-Six, Between Leander D. Foster of the County of Lumpkin and State above written of the first part, and Erving Foster of the County of Lumpkin and State aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth that the said Leander Foster for and in consideration of the sum of seventy-five dollars to him in hand paid by the said Erving Foster, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does by these presents give, grant, bargain and sell and convey unto the said Erving Foster his heirs and assigns a certain half lot of land containing twenty acres? more or less, being half of lot number 653. Situate (That's what it says!) lying and being in the county aforesaid first section and fifth district of the county aforesaid, being the half on the north west side of the State Road allowing the road to be the line. To have and to hold said lot or parcel of land unto him the said Erving Foster his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner except the mineral belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in Fee Simple . . .

This Indenture made and entered into this 17th day of February in the year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Ninety-One between Leander D. Foster of the County of Lumpkin and State of Georgia of the first part and W.W. Murray of the County of Carroll and State of Tennessee of the second part Witnesseth that said party of the first part for and in consideration of five dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto said W.W. Murray his heirs and assigns the following property to-wit all the mines minerals and mining interests of whatever character in on or belonging to all that part of lot of land number six hundred and fifty-five (655) in the fifth (5) District and First (1) section of said County of Lumpkin State of Georgia lying north west of the road running through said lot commonly known as the State Road and also the right of way wood and water for the purpose of minerals said bargained premises together with all and singular the rights members appurtenances and improvements thereof or in any wise appertaining or belonging thereto and the said W. W. Murray his heirs and assigns forever in Fee Simple and the said Leander D. Foster his heirs executors and administrators the right title and possession of the said bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof unto the said W.W. Murray his heirs and assigns Will Warrant and forever defend against themselves and those claiming under them In testimony whereof the said Leander D. Foster hereunto set by his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first herein before written Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of

Foster Sign Seal and Deliver the written deed for the purposes therein mentioned that ?deponent? subscribed the same as a witness in the presence of the said Leander D. Foster and saw A.C. Stover do so likewise sworn to and subscribed before me this 17th day of February 1891.
