Rev. James H. Satterfield

      Rev. James Harrison Satterfield was born May 11, 1838, and died October 15, 1925.  He was married first to Nancy J. Free, August 2, 1857 in Lumpkin County.  She died February 3, 1894.  Both are buried at the Hightower Church Cemetery in Lumpkin County.  Rev. Satterfield was pastor, a deacon and trustee of the Hightower Baptist Church.
