E. T. Elliott
August 8th, 1861

Mr. E T Elliott please to do as nigh as this says as you can and oblige me I want you to let Hardy Jackson have thirty bushels of corn and then if they is any more then it will take to do my wife I want you to let Father have it and pay E McCravy the third Row of Fathers sweet potatoes _ack if he wont be satisfide with out it I want Father to pull my fodder and have half of it and I want virlinda to have the rest if there is more than will do his sell it and get Tint and Louisa a dress a pease
