Ga., am seized in fee of half a tract immediately around the town of Danielsville in
Madison Co., 737 acres, formerly in the possession & occupation of Henry Mitchell and
John Crowder, Sr. of Hancock Co., and granted by them to myself, Robert Mitchell, and
William B. Crowder jointly, with an exception of 50 acres which was granted by said Henry
Mitchell & John Crowder to the commissioners of the town of Danielsville; hereby
appoint William B. Crowder my lawful atty. to lease, sell or demise my half of said land
