Publishes a Quarterly that covers the following counties: DADE, WALKER, CATOOSA, CHATTOOGA, FLOYD, POLK, HARALSON, CARROLL, WHITFIELD, GORDON, BARTOW, PAULDING, DOUGLAS, COBB, CHEROKEE, PICKENS, GILMER, FANNIN, MURRAY, UNION, LUMPKIN, DAWSON, FORSYTH, TOWNS, WHITE, HALL, HABERSHAM and RABUN.

All past quarterlies can be found at the Rome/Floyd County Public Library or can be purchased for $5.00 each through the Society. Membership is open to all at a cost of $15.00 each year. The year runs from Jan 1 thru Dec 31. Meetings are held 4 times each year and are open to all. Quarterlies are mailed 4 times each year in January, April, July and October. Members may publish as many Queries as they want or need to free. Non-members may publish a Query for $2.00 each. Queries should be mailed to Shirley Kinney, 12 Dell Place, Rome, GA 30161 or e-mailed to the editor at PMillic@aol.com. Members and non members are invited to submit any material they would like published that covers the above counties especially or if that county had people that moved to a another state (example-A lot of people from Cass/Bartow county moved to Atlanta, Cass County, Texas in the 1800's).
