Immoral conduct- Report of committee called for in Bro.
George Reids case, Bro Reid being present made his
report which was heard and accepted

Report of R M Rainey in Bro Morisons case, Bro Morison
states to Bro Rainey that he was sorry for not being at
conferences and stated that he would be at the present
conference but failed to put in his appearence

Report of committee called for in Bro Sid Raineys cse,
Bro Rainey being present made his statements and
refused to make any acknowledgements and on motion was
allowed untill next conference to decide

Bros _?_ W. Rainey and W W Lumkin acknowledged being
guilty of immoral conduct and ask to be forgiven,
church granted forgiveness

Character of Miss Mary Tatum was reported as bad,
Church withdrew  fellowship

grandfather), Son of Thomas Frederick Rainey, Sr.,
grandson of Reuben Morgan Rainey.

Sid Rainey is Albert Syndey Johnston Rainey brother to
Reuben Marion Rainey

C. M. Rainey is Charles May Rainey another brother.
Charles married Henrietta Battle, daughter of Judge
Cullen Lazarus Battle.

Mattie Caskey wife of Andrew Marion Caskey is Martha
Ella "Mattie" Battle, daughter of Judge Cullen Lazarus
Battle.

Billie Chatman could possible be George William "Bill"
Chapman who married Virginia Lee Rainey a sister to
Rebuen Marion Rainey.

John Reid married Elizabeth Rachel "Lizzie" Daniel
daughter of Julies Daniel and Rebecca Jane Countryman.
Julies and Rebecca were early members of Ebenezer.

Missellanious business,  A letter recieved by the
church from Bro. Ruben Bullock asking a letter from the
church on the grounds that he disliked 2 or 3 members,
letter refused and a committie of 3 - J.J. Owen, A.M.
Caskey and C.M. Rainey to see Bro. Bullock and
assertain the extent of his mallis

The case of Bro. Morrisen reported by Bro. Rainey as to
the disposition of his church letter, ordered that a
committee of 3 - Billie Ingram, Billie Kelley and Fred
Rainey see Bro. Morrison and cite him to our next
conference so we no how to deal with him

Tribute of Respect and Obituary of Sister M. L. Hart
read by the committie and ordered by the conference to
be published in the county paper and Christian Index
and one page be left blank to the memory of the
deseased

Collection for Association purposes 50 cents Collection
for Minutes 75 cents

Misselanious business Report of committee on Bro.
Bullocks case and states he holds no mallis against any
members of the church and  _?_ for a letter to join
Friendship Church, no letter granted, committee
relieved

Charges prefered against Bro. Ruben Bullock for using
profane language, a committie of 3: A.M. Caskey, C.M.
Rainey, and S. M. Cottle to confer with Bro. Bullock
and cite him to our next conference

In conclusion of the conference Bro. C.M. Rainey asked
the sentiments of the members of the church as to
building a new church which met a hearty approval of
all present. A committee of 5 male members consisting
of C.M. Rainey, A. M. Caskey, S.M. Cottle, Ruben Rainey
and Billie Ingram to canvas the county for the purpose
of seeing what amount of funds can be raised for the
purpose of building a church and report at our next
conference by the consent of all the Ladie members they
are considerd members of the committie and are expected
to contribute $5.00 to our whorthey undertaking

Reffrance matter, Report of committee on Bro. Bullocks
case, Bro. A.M. Caskey reports that he consulted with
Bro. Bullock and he denies the charges brought against
him by the church as to using profane language but
confesses to his none appearance at Conference and his
excuse for not attending is he is to shabily clad but
ask to be retained in the church. Report recieved and
committee released. S.M. Cottle requested to see Bro.
Bullock before our next conference and explain our
Decorum to him.

Reffrance matter, S.M. Cottle report in case of Bro.
Bullock recieved and committie relieved. Bro. Bullock
appears before conference and makeas his statements and
ask to be retained in church which request was granted

Missellanious business, Bro. John Jones charged with
dancing, a committie of 3- Bro. A.M. Caskey, C.M.
Rainey, and S.M. Cottle to see Bro. Jones and cite him
to our next conference.

Bro. Aurelaous (?) Allen reported for calling a set for
a cotilion. Bro. Allen appears in conference and makes
his acknowledgements and ask to be forgiven, which
request was granted.

Bro. Ebb Hart reported for calling a set for a Cotilion
and a statement from his Father that Bro. Ebb Hart
would be at church  on sunday and make his excuses ,
case continued untill next conference
