Know all men by these Presents, That we   MARY L ELLIS  as principal, and ______________as security , are held and firmly bound unto  J. A. DREWRY  Ordinary of said County, in the just and full sum of   One Hundred & thirty three & 32/100  Dollars, for the true payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, Executors, Administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this the  2  day of December 1907

            The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above bound   MARY L. ELLIS   who was this day appointed Guardian of the person and property of  MARY LOUISE ELLIS who acknowledging the same by her acceptance of said appointment of Letters of Guardianship of this date, shall well and truly maintain , clothe and educate said minor according to her circumstances, and shall take good and lawful care of her person and property according to the Laws of the State, and shall annually make a just and true return of all her actings and doings herein unto the said Court of Ordinary, then this obligation to be void, else to remain of full force and virtue

Note :

Mary Louise Ellis (b.22 May 1899- d. 24 July 1988) was the youngest daughter of James Rousseau Ellis & Mary Louise Blanton Ellis  of Spalding County Ga.. Apparently there was a separation or strained relationship between the parents because James R. Ellis lived until 1930. James T. Ellis b. 1878 -d. 1968 the co-signer with Mary L. Ellis, was also their child.
