Mrs. Ford

Mrs. Birdie Ogletree Ford  of 334 W. Central Ave., died early this morning at the Griffin-Spalding  Hospital. She was born in Clayton County and had lived in Griffin all of her life.

Mrs. Ford was a member of the First Assembly of God Church and was a retired
employee of Dundee Mills.

Survivors include nieces and nephews, Mrs. Elizabeth Corley, Mrs. Beatrice Shipman, Mrs. Dorothy Skelton, Mrs. Myrtle King, Mrs. Clara Ellis, Mrs. Annie Mae Yates, Mrs. Morris Parrish, Lester Ogletree, Reuben Harris, Milton Harris, Franflin Harris, Richard Ogletree, Herman Ogletree, Doc Ogletree, Charles Ogletree, Cubbie Ogletree, and Mrs. Vera Strickland.

The funeral will be tomorrow at 4 o'clock in the First Assembly of God. The Rev. Billy Johnson will officiate. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. McDonald Chapel is in charge of plans.
