Going to LaGrange

Mr. W.H. Newsome, of the firm of Abbott & Newsome, will leave with his family for LaGrange this morning where they go to reside. Mr. Newsome has sold his interest in the firm of Abbott & Newsome to Mr. Peter Preer. He will retire from the mercantile business for a while, at least, as he desires to recuperate his health. Mr. Newsome is a good citizen and an excellent business man, and the loss of Columbus in his removal is the gain of LaGrange.-Enquirer.
