Samantha Eleanor Gresham Easley was the daughter of William B. and Mary Eleanor Stroud Gresham. She was married to James Benjamin Easley, and died shortly after the birth of their last child. Following her death James Benjamin Easley moved the family to Henderson, Rusk, Texas.
