Return of Thos. M. Mobley and James L. Mobley, administrators upon the Estate of Daniel A. Mobley, Dec’d.

$75.56 was paid for court fees.  On Aug. 6th, Expenses paid out by Adams and time spent by admrs. in traveling out of the boundry of Walton Co. to attend case against this Estate in Guinette Sup. Court and on other business of the estate.

Voucher 8..To all and singular the constable Greetings---You are hereby commanded that of the Goods and Chattels lands and tenaments of Mathew Kinought, You levy by deftsup & sale them of sufficient to make the sum of $5 & sixty seven cents principal and interest up to the date which was Judged against him at a Justice Court held in & for  the 416 Dst. G.M. on the 10th day of March 1849 in favor of Daniel A. Mobley & also the sum of one dollar and twenty-five cents for the cost thereon & have you the said sum of money together with this writ on or before the second Sat. in Feb.  Nigh to sender in full satisfaction of said debt & cost thereon fail not.  Given under my hand this 16th day of Jan. 1850.
