GM Brantley Sr. Last Will and Testament, June 1909

I G.M. Brantley Sr. of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.

ITEM 1 - I will my executor as possible after my death to pay my debts. If a wish him to select for sale that which can be most advoutayously used for that purpose, and I authorize him to sell the same at public or private sale as he may see fit.

ITEM 2 - I desire that all my property shall be equally divided between my wife Melisann Brantley and all my children or their lawful descendants excepting the children of F.M. Wyatt by my daughter Lucy Rebecca Wyatt now deceased, I do not will anything to them for reasons unnecessary to mention.

ITEM 3 - I appoint my son-in-law J.T. McAfee executor of this my last will and testament.

In testimony where I have here ento set my hand this June twenty sixth, ninteen hundred and nine.
