This Indenture, made the Twenty Eight day of October, in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Sixteen, between James F. Brooks of
Washington County, Georgia, of the one part, and J.F. Brooks, Luther L. Brooks, W.R. Beach, A.W. Evans, W.H. Sheppard, M.R. Tucker, B.J.
Tarbutton, A.J. Webster, H.G. Garner, W.S. Sheppard, A.A. Rawlings, L.B. Holt and J.F. Garbutt, Trustees of Brooks Spring Camp Ground, of
the County of Washington of the other part: WITNESSETH, That the said James F. Brooks, for and in consideration of his interest in the
furtherance in the cause of Christian Religion, has granted bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their successors and assigns, that tract or parcel of land
lying, situate and being in the 1315 th, District G.M. of Washington County, Georgia, near the Brooks Spring property containing Eight (8)
acres, and bounded as follows: North by lands of James F. Brooks and Luther Brooks, on the South and west by lands of James F. Brooks and east
by lands of Luther Brooks and James F. Brooks, as is more fully shown by a plat of the same made by Joe S. Smith, county surveyor, hereto attached.
To Have And To Hold, the said tract of land with all and singular the premises and appurtenances thereto belonging to the said trustees
aforesaid in fee simple. The said property is to be used for a camp ground or as a place for religious assembligies and should the same cease to
be used for religious for a period of time exceeding three years then the title of the said land shall revert back to the said James F. Brooks
and his heirs.
And the said James F. Brooks, his heirs, executors and administrators, and against all and every other person or persons, shall and will
warrant and forever defend by virture of these presents.
In Witness Whereof, The said James F. Brooks has hereunto set his hand, affixed his seal, and delivered these presents, the day and year
first above written.
