Whitfield County Georgia: I the undersigned, do certify that Jos P Kelly , now indigent pensioner of this county, is on the Pension roll and draws a pension of $60 for 1916. The bearer is the same man of A company 12 SC Infantry Regiment, who enlisted April 1861, and was discharged April 1865 was paid a pension of $60 for 1916. 24 Feb 1916, signed H J Wood, Ordinary.
