REED / HOLLIDAY Dave Holiday 12/31/96

In Evergreen Cm, Beeville, Bee Co, TX (near Gulf Coast), there is a monument inscription: "Sarah, dau. of A. & G. HOLLIDAY, b 1795 Lincoln Co, GA, wife of J. B. REED". She died about 1854, I believe. Any information on the identities of these people and families appreciated.

I am searching for info, ancestors of Lettice SUDDUTH born about 1789 probably in GA, married Taliaferro STRIBLING 1809 Lincoln Co GA, died 1810-5 probably in Lincoln Co. Lettice's parents were James or Jared S. SUDDUTH and Elizabeth NORMAN. Lettice's daughter was Margaret STRIBLING born 1810 in GA.

WALL / PRICE / LANGLEY Keith Midgette 12/11/96

WALL, Anderson (1843-?) m.Gussie Ann PRICE, my great-great grandfather. Reported to have lived and buried in Lincoln Co, near Lincolnton. Son was John Anderson WALL (1865-1951) m. Sallie Ann LANGLEY, raised in McCormick Co, SC. Anderson WALL had following brothers and sisters: Brother WALL, Susie WALL, Lizie WALL, and Josephine WALL. 1850 Census for Lincoln Co indicates Johnathan and Martha WALL resided in Lincoln Co. Can anyone help me find Anderson WALL in Lincoln Co and tie one of the 1850 Census listings to him? Thanks.

GOLDING or GOLDIN or GOLDEN or GOULDING / BEASLEY Dorothy Lashley 12/6/96

I am searching for ancestors and kindred of Seaborn GOLDING (GOLDIN, GOLDEN,
GOULDING). One source shows he married Levina HUDGINS in Lincoln Co. in
1828, and another source shows a Seaborn GOLDIN married Elizabeth JOHNSON in
Lincoln Co. in 1825. I am also interesred in any information on Caleb GOLDEN, who was settled in Walton Co. by 1830, and came from Lincoln Co. Caleb (1790-1860) married Elizabeth BEASLEY. (interested in BEASLEY, too). Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Researching the FLORENCEs of Lincoln County. David FLORENCE moved his family
from Lincoln County to Benton County, Alabama around 1842. He had a son born 1836 also named David. I don't have any more information. Any help would be appreciated. Will gladly share info.

Abram BOOTHE, Revolutionary Soldier, lived in Lincoln Co until at least 1818
when he deeded property to a Stephen BOOTHE. Does anyone know if Stephen was
a son or names of any other children?

Interested in all SEARLES in Lincoln County. Robert appears there 1818-1830; Coventon in 1830; Thomas 1830-1850. I believe that they are brothers to my Elizabeth SEARLES / SEARS.

Researching: Dr. Stephen Pelham WILLSON of NY m. Mary R. (Polly) DAVIS 1819 Goshen Baptist Church. She is eldest dau. of Major Samuel S. and Nancy (TOWNEY) DAVIS, neice (?) of Ransom and Susanna (BRAGG) DAVIS, gdau of Augustine DAVIS, ggdau. of Absolom DAVIS, SC vet. of Rev. War. Brothers known: Samuel and Alexander DAVIS; sisters known: Emily, Caroline. The Samuel DAVIS and WILLSON families left GA in early 1820s, went to ARK, LA then TX. I have some info on DAVISes. MUSGROVE Monya Havekost 11/14/96

Looking for the family of Millington S. MUSGROVE. I have letters from him dated 1876 and 1880 from Lincolnton, GA. In the 1876 letter he states that he is 66 years old and married to the daughter of Major Harvey WHEAT. I now know her name is Louisa. He also mentions that his oldest son is married and lives in an adjoining county. He is a brother of John Tilden (went by
Tilden) MUSGROVE who, along with their brother William, moved to Fayette Co., AL about 1821. Trying to learn who are the parents of these MUSGROVEs. Suspect they may have been orphans who had a draw in the 1820 GA Land Lotteries. Any help or guidance appreciated.
