Mrs. Russell Dies at Home

Mrs. Nannie Lou Russell of 334 West Central Avenue died at her home Monday night. She had been ill for four months.

She was a member of the First Christian Church.

She was born in Henry County and was the daughter of the late Jesse Thomas Ogletree and the late Mrs. Minnie Jenkins Ogletree. She had lived in Griffin since she was a small girl.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Hubert Ellis of Howard,  Fla. Two sisters, Mrs. Birdie Ford of Griffin and Mrs. Jesse Harris of Ft. Valley and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 o'clock from Haisten's Chapel. The Rev. John Brown Taylor and the Rev. H.F. Royals will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery.

The body was carried to the residence this afternoon at 2:00 o'clock where it will remain until the funeral hour.

Haisten Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
