Telfair County Records

Begin with the county collections below. The National Archives passenger and crew collections retained farther down this page are broader migration resources, not Telfair-specific datasets.

Some National Archives partner websites require a subscription. Consult the linked National Archives catalog for descriptions and available access options.

Digitized Partner Data

A clean research guide to National Archives partner collections available through Fold3, Ancestry, FamilySearch, and other repositories.

About This Data List

The original file was exported from Microsoft Excel as a Single File Web Page / Web Archive. That format creates frames, worksheet files, tab strips, encoded sections, and Excel-specific code that does not behave well as a normal genealogy website page.

Clean-page note: This rebuilt page keeps the useful purpose of the list while removing the Excel frameset code. The full source list is very large, so this public page highlights useful examples and can be expanded with additional rows as needed.

Browse by Research Category

The partner data list includes many types of federal records. These categories help visitors understand what the list is useful for before they search individual collections.

Passenger & Immigration Records

Passenger lists, crew lists, airplane manifests, vessel arrivals, border crossings, and naturalization-related records.

Military Records

Compiled service records, pension-related files, muster rolls, military post returns, and related federal collections.

Freedmen’s Bureau Records

Records of the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands, including Georgia and Reconstruction-era resources.

Census & Population Records

Federal census schedules, non-population schedules, state census materials, and related enumeration records.
