home on furlough, came back to company in 1864 and served three months, he had chronic
diarrhea and was sent home on furlough again

He put in a substitute and went out again a Captain of

Georgia in Co. G 14th Georgia Regiment, I lived close to him. In 1863 and afterwards joined
Co. F 10th Georgia Militia, he was Captain of the company and remained with the
company until the close of the war
