To order copies of birth records or death certificates, you can go to any county health department office in the state. The first copy of a birth or death certificate is $25. Additional copies are $5 each.
The Probate Court Clerk needs: Name of Bride and Groom, Date of Marriage, and if available, Book & Page number.
